Mamour Media Ltd is the data controller for this website. We're based in the United Kingdom and follow UK GDPR.

What we collect

When you request access we store the name, email address, company, project interest and message you give us, plus a hashed version of your connection address used only to limit spam. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't identify you.

Why

To review your request, reply to you, and if accepted, set up a first conversation. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give on the form and can withdraw at any time.

How long

Requests are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Accepted briefs are kept for the life of the project.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing studio@mamourmedia.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the ICO.
